Supermovers 

https://www.bbc.co.uk/teach/supermovers -FREE fun videos content-led ideas to inspire children to be more active throughout their day and learn while they move. Videos are targeted at different age groups and include famous faces from the worlds of football, children’s television and music. Videos themes include maths, English and PSHE and are a perfect way to get pupils moving quickly in the classroom.

Change4Life – NHS

Go Noodle

https://family.gonoodle.com/ – A vast variety of short, fun videos to get pupils moving more in classrooms. Videos range from maths and English to mindfulness and stretching. Perfect for a quick brain break.

Cosmic Kids

https://www.cosmickids.com/ – An online website offering videos and resources to help deliver yoga, mindfulness and relaxation sessions. The resources, including FREE videos, can be used as part of PE lessons or within a classroom setting.
