Welcome to
St Anne's Catholic Primary School

Welcome to St Anne's Catholic Primary School website. We have designed our website to give you some information about school life and the wide range of opportunities that we offer our children.

St Anne's Catholic Primary School is a happy school. We are a caring Catholic community and offer a warm and welcoming environment where the uniqueness of each and every child is valued. Our school is based on the principle that children learn best in a positive, encouraging, safe and secure atmosphere. We aim to foster a love of learning and the self-confidence to make the most of life’s opportunities.

Our school philosophy is outlined in our Mission Statement. It reflects our commitment to Catholic education in a happy, effective and inclusive environment. Our school motto, 'Christ at the heart of all we do' encapsulates our school mission.

St Anne's Catholic Primary School works as a team in which parents, staff, governors, and the St Anne’s parish community are all involved in the education of our children. We firmly believe that a genuine home, parish and school partnership is essential.  We are very proud to be part of the St Anne’s community.

We are proud of our Good school status and our strong reputation for high standards of teaching and learning. It is our vision for every child to be happy; to develop a passion for learning, to achieve their potential and prepare them for the next stage of their learning. We were especially pleased to be awarded Outstanding for the Personal Development part of the inspection.

We aim to achieve our vision by ensuring the highest levels of achievement, through the highest quality teaching. Our curriculum is exciting and challenging. We inspire children and open doors to ambition and possibilities; striving for and achieving excellence.

We are very proud at St Anne’s of our Forest School and fabulous grounds which allow the children to benefit from a wealth of experiences which all contribute to their learning about the wider world and themselves. We are also able to offer quality before and after school care through our on-site out of school club.

We hope you find our website informative. If you would like to visit our school, please do not hesitate to contact us as we would love to show you around. We look forward to meeting you and working with you in the future.
