Pupil Voice, Leadership & Formation
At St Anne’s we believe that pupil voice is a vital part of our Catholic life and mission. We actively listen to our pupils and value their insights, inviting them to contribute to the life of the school in meaningful ways. Through our annual pupil survey, every child is encouraged to share their views on life at St Anne’s, helping us to understand what is working well and where we can grow together as a community.
In recent surveys, pupils have told us that they enjoy school, feel supported in their learning, and believe that St Anne’s helps them to be kind and respectful to others.
Pupil Leaders & Formation
We are proud of our pupil leaders, who serve the school in a variety of roles that support the Catholic life of our community and help develop leadership and formation. These roles include:
School Council
Year 6 House Captains
Mini Vinnies
ECO Council
Prayer Leaders
Helping Hands
Safeguarding Champions
PE Leaders
Art Ambassadors
Reading Ambassadors
Each pupil leader role offers opportunities for our children to lead initiatives, support others, and deepen their understanding of service and responsibility in a Christ-centred community. Through these leadership roles, pupils are encouraged to grow in faith, confidence and character, contributing actively to our shared mission of living Gospel values every day.
