• Year 5 Homework 2021-2022

Hello and welcome to Year 5 2026 - 2027!

Mrs Catchpole will teach Year 5 Monday, Tuesday morning, Wednesday and Friday.

Mrs Reynolds will teacher Year 5 Tuesday afternoon and Thursday. 

Mrs Fairhurst will support in class every day too!

About Mrs Catchpole...

Hi! I am Mrs Catchpole and I am so excited to be in Year 5 again this year! I have lots of roles here at St Anne's - as well as teaching Year 5, I am also the Deputy Headteacher! It is my job to support Mrs Ferguson in leading the school. I am always very busy - but I love my job here at St Anne's. 

I enjoy teaching all subjects especially Maths and RE and finding exciting new ways to engage all children. You will sometimes find us outside, on the floor, dressed up or even putting on a show! I have taught in Year 5 before and find the curriculum fun, challenging and a great stepping stone into Year 6 and beyond. 

During my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, time with friends, jogging and reading a good book (with a Costa Coffee)

PE days for Year 5 are Monday and Wednesday. Please ensure your child comes to school in their PE kit on these days.

Brass lessons are Friday. 

Homework is due in on Thursday.
